Consumer credit card customers can request a credit card limit increase or decrease by calling us on from 8am-7pm Monday-Friday or 9am-6pm on weekends (AEST/AEDT). The number to call if you're overseas is +61 3 8641 9083.

For credit card limit increase requests, when you call you’ll be asked to provide current employment and financial information. We’ll then verify the information and assess your request. That usually takes a few days.

If you call and request a credit limit decrease we will process your request as soon as possible.

Note: If you are a Business Bank or Micro and Small Business customer you should contact the Corporate & Business Servicing team on 13 10 12 or speak to your Relationship Manager (if applicable).
