14-Day Return Policy
Illinois Wholesale specializes in refurbished POS Hardware including: Epson, NCR, Micros, IBM, PAR, Symbol, Ingenico, Telequip, Panasonic, and more. We stand behind the quality of our products and our high level of customer service.
So if you are unhappy with your purchase; we want to hear about that!
You will have 14-Days from the date your item is delivered to return the item for any reason, you will need to contact us for an RMA number before shipping the item back to our facility to receive your money back return.
IW is a business, and operates on business hours; 8:30am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time so please contact us accordingly by phone or email.
Eligible Returns:
Within that 14-Day window, an item can be returned for any reason. In order to be eligible for this, the item must be in original condition it was shipped in and with all accessories the item was shipped with.
Return Shipping:
Return Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. The item to be returned must arrive at our facility within 20 business days of the date of delivery. Once we receive your item, your refund will be processed through PayPal within 3 business days.
Restocking Fee:
As we individually refurbish and rigorously test each unit after you purchase them, we require a restocking fee for all returned items. If you return a unit for a refund, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from your final refunded amount.
If in the first 14-days, if you send your item in for repair, you will not be charged a restocking fee and will not be responsible for return shipping. See our repair policy below
90- Day Depot Warranty
This item is covered under our 90-Day Depot Warranty.
If you purchase one of our refurbished units and The item doesn't turn on and/or doesn't perform its basic functions, when using the appropriate cables, power supplies, and/or any other materials needed to operate the item (said materials may or may not be included in the original listing) within 90 days of the date of delivery, IW will bring the item in for repair by our certified technicians.
If our technicians determine that item has not voided depot warranty, but cannot repair your item, we will replace it with the same item, or one of equal value.
Put in the original box, or an equally and appropriately padded and sealed shipping box; IW will schedule a FedEx pickup of the item and pay for return shipping.
