To repair an existing QuickBooks Point of Sale for Desktop installation, follow the steps provided for your Operating System:Note: Ensure QuickBooks Point of Sale for Desktop is not running and you have your Point of Sale installation CD before performing the following steps.- On your keyboard, press Windows + E to open the Computer window. Note: in Windows 8.1 and 8, click the Computer tab.
- Click Uninstall or change a program.
- Select your version of QuickBooks Point of Sale for Desktop and click Uninstall/Change.
