2. First thirty (30) days of subscription to QuickBooks Online, starting from the date of enrollment, is free. To continue using QuickBooks Online after your 30-day trial, you'll be asked to present a valid credit card for authorization, and you'll be automatically charged at the then-current fee for the service(s) you've selected, unless you cancel.
3. Free, unlimited phone and online support. Support available M-F, 9am-8pm (EST).
4. Data access is subject to internet or cellular provider network availability and occasional downtime due to events beyond our control.
5. If you are not satisfied with QuickBooks Online for any reason, simply go to the “Your Account” page to cancel your subscription and receive a pro-rated refund of the unused portion of your current billing period.

Upon activation of the QuickBooks Online Payroll service, your first monthly charge of QuickBooks Online with Payroll will be a prorated charge based on activation date. Your subsequent monthly charges will be $29/month for QuickBooks Online EasyStart with Payroll, $39/month for QuickBooks Online Essentials with Payroll, $49/month for QuickBooks Online Plus with Payroll, or the then-current fee for the service(s) you’ve selected, until you cancel. If you add or remove services, your service fees will be adjusted accordingly.
