The founder and principal technologist, Scott Bulmahn, has been developing software solutions for the past 20 years. He has worked on major mission-critical software projects for Citibank and JP Morgan, as well as other smaller financial services and payment processing companies. Previously, Bulmahn served as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Dallas-based E-Chex, an electronic check processing company, where he was responsible for all aspects of the company's technology strategy and operations. While at E-Chex, Bulmahn built an entire transaction processing network including VeriFone terminal applications and an electronic check authorization host. Bulmahn holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and an MA in Applied Economics from Southern Methodist University. He and his wife, Melissa, reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
