Solutions Specialist, Integration and Technical Support
Verifne is now looking to expand the ’Product and Professional Services department with two Solutions Specialist, Integration and Technical Support positions.
As such you will be part of a team of technical product experts providing system integration consultancy, testing and advanced technical support to partners, tier 1 and tier 2 customers and internal customers of Verifone Sweden. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure successful customer solutions integration and end-to-end operations across all relevant platforms including omni channel setups. As the technical product expert you will also possess the technical expertise and know-how to participate in product development projects aiming to launch new products and services in Sweden.
You will be working directly with customers communicating via trouble ticket systems, via telephone, e-mail and face-to-face meetings. Typical tasks would include installations and integrations support, integration testing support, technically advanced trouble shooting, consultancy tasks like training and customer workshops. You will also carry out user acceptance testing of new and/or corrected software, new products and services.
The Solutions Specialist, Integration and Technical Support reports directly to the Professional Services Lead and will work closely with the Solutions Architect, Sales Solutions Consultants, Product Managers and Project Managers as well as other departments within the company.
