Picture: AFPNATIONAL Australia Bank customers are now able to withdraw cash from ATMs and make EFTPOS transactions after the bank experienced a service outage this morning. It’s not known what has caused the issue, however chief customer service officer Andrew Hagger urged NAB customers to continue to use branches until systems were back online.“We’re currently experiencing an outage, which means NAB customers cannot use their NAB cards in ATMs or the EFTPOS terminals.“This is also affecting NAB merchant terminals and HICAPS.“It’s important for customers to know that our branches are open and you can get assistance here.”NAB experienced a service outage affecting ATMs and EFTPOS transactions.
