Comments: We tried their latest version of the software, and ran in to some problems with the sql installation and contacted the technical support via online ticketing system. They got back to us the next day, not a fast turn around time when you are in trouble with the software at your shop, and said that this is only for tablets(not at all true). Things went south from that point on, and they actually emailed us that they are not going to help us with any installation issues. Don't waste your time or money, look for a good software with a decent technical support. Their technical support is a joke.
